DELIVERY AND RETURNS
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered at the delivery address provided and confirmed by you in the order summary, except for PO.
Remember, if you want, you can specify a different delivery address. This is useful if you want to send a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to stay for a while outside your residence.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Delivery times depends on the type of payment selected. Once the payment has been received, the estimated delivery time is 24h / 48h on weekdays, except for Balearic and Canary Islands (3 days) and abroad (it varies according to destination).
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
The delivery cost will be specified in your order according to the weight, volume and destination of your order. Delivery costs are free from € 150 orders.
WHICH IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order has been accepted by our Warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.
ARE THEY ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TAXES?
In some cases, there will be additional tax costs (VAT or other taxes issued by the destination country) for customers. Unfortunately, we can not estimate the amount of these taxes costs as they may vary for each country. For more information, please contact your local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, special import/export tariffs authorisation will be required which can delay the estimated delivery date.
Regarding said import/export tariffs, please note that we can not register orders as gifts items, or register them as lower prices than is the case.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
In order to return or exchange an item we invite you to contact us.
LETTSDREAM refunds the cost of the item in the case you received an item that you did not order, that was not intended for you, or if the article presents a quality defect.
Product/s must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must be unworn and unwashed. A refund will require the presentation of the appropriate item’s ticket attached. Should the above conditions be complied with, LETTSDREAM agrees to refund the Customer at the earliest opportunity.
The easiest way to exchange or return an item is to return it by mail or courier.
DEADLINE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
Online returns or exchanges are possible, whithin15 days at the latest after the purchase of the item.
WILL THE DELIVERY COSTS BE REIMBURSED TO ME IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN?
In the case of a quality defect of an item, the delivery costs that may have been charged to you during shipping will be refunded by LLETTSDREAM.
In other cases, transport costs arising from either the exchange or return of items will be charged to the customer. Transport costs already charged on delivery of the original item will be deducted from the subsequent transport costs.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING SALES?
The exchange or refund of the returned item will be made within 15 days according to the price paid. The refund will require the presentation of the appropriate online shop item ticket.
